As business is rapidly expanding, at Paddington Realty, we are we are in search of several dynamic and talented individuals to join our Sales Team and grow the existing transactions in the office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive Agency that prides itself on excellence and providing an unwavering level of service to our clients.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties will include;
- Heavily Prospect & provide market appraisals to clients to generate listings
- Implement marketing strategies
- Vendor Management
- Handling Buyer enquiries
- Fantastic product knowledge
- Weekend and mid-week open for inspections
- Building good relationships with Vendors and Buyers
- Negotiate deals and see through to settlement.
- Comprehensive market analysis and record keeping.
- Identify opportunities to create new business.
- Meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity.

Successful Applicants MUST have;
- Minimum 12 months experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
- current WA Real Estate Registration with the Department of Commerce
- current valid WA drivers licence and own a well maintained vehicle
- Mobile Phone & Laptop
